This forty-five minute class will focus on fun ways to learn skills that will prepare kids for a lifetime of activity and fitness.  It’s a great supplement for kids who participate in organized sports and an introduction to a new way of being active for those who are not. 

Our coaches John and Amy Mariani are parents and youth sports coaches in addition to being CrossFit coaches and have helped dozens of kids find their inner athlete.

Fall Fat Loss Program with Amy

If enrolled in the six week program, you may elect to add six more weeks for $175 at the end of the initial term.

Details:

Beginning on October 7th, our six (or twelve week) fat loss program will teach you how to get rid of some of those extra pounds you have been meaning to lose.  Participants will have a half hour customized goal setting meeting with Amy Mariani before the program begins.  In our group discussions, we will cover best practices for fat loss, strategies for staying on track during a fat loss phase, and strategies for successfully exiting a fat loss phase.  In addition, this program will provide you with suggested habit transformation tips and support, daily accountability, and progress tracking using special coaching tools selected for your needs. You will receive an InBody scan at the beginning and end of the program to help assess your progress.  There will be a limit of twelve people, and priority/early registration will be given to MSCF Nutrition Members.   


Please note that you should consult with your physician prior to embarking on any major changes with regard to your nutrition.  Unfortunately, absent authorization from a medical professional, we are unable to provide individualized dietary advice to children, teens, and individuals with certain medical conditions.  We are always happy to work with authorized medical professionals under these circumstances.

Mountain Strength OCR - Group Training

Obstacle Course Race (OCR) specific training for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash etc.
This course will be six 90 min training sessions with Spartan Coach Gary Lombardo.

Great for first time racers as well as experienced racers.
Learn tips on: Trail running, rope climbing, spear throwing, obstacle immunity, mental toughness, how to avoid doing burpees!
