each session will take 20-30 mins and can be done in addition to your regular gym workouts.

Each workout is delivered via email or the True Coach app and includes videos for each movement.

Fall Fat Loss Program with Amy & Alex

Sessions meet  on the following dates/times:
Wednesdays at 7 PM on 9/16, 9/30, & 10/14

Beginning on September 16th,  our six (or twelve week) fat loss program will teach you how to get rid of some of those extra pounds you have been meaning to lose.  Participants will have a half hour customized goal setting meeting before the program begins.  In our group discussions, we will cover best practices for fat loss, strategies for staying on track during a fat loss phase, and strategies for successfully exiting a fat loss phase.  In addition, this program will provide you with suggested habit transformation tips and support, daily accountability, and progress tracking using special coaching tools selected for your needs. You will receive an InBody scan at the beginning and end of the program to help assess your progress.  There will be a limit of twelve people, and priority/early registration will be given to MSCF Nutrition Members.   

Please note that you should consult with your physician prior to embarking on any major changes with regard to your nutrition.  Unfortunately, absent authorization from a medical professional, we are unable to provide individualized dietary advice to children, teens, and individuals with certain medical conditions.  We are always happy to work with authorized medical professionals under these circumstances.
