Details:

Beginning on October 7th, our six (or twelve week) fat loss program will teach you how to get rid of some of those extra pounds you have been meaning to lose.  Participants will have a half hour customized goal setting meeting with Amy Mariani before the program begins.  In our group discussions, we will cover best practices for fat loss, strategies for staying on track during a fat loss phase, and strategies for successfully exiting a fat loss phase.  In addition, this program will provide you with suggested habit transformation tips and support, daily accountability, and progress tracking using special coaching tools selected for your needs. You will receive an InBody scan at the beginning and end of the program to help assess your progress.  There will be a limit of twelve people, and priority/early registration will be given to MSCF Nutrition Members.   


Please note that you should consult with your physician prior to embarking on any major changes with regard to your nutrition.  Unfortunately, absent authorization from a medical professional, we are unable to provide individualized dietary advice to children, teens, and individuals with certain medical conditions.  We are always happy to work with authorized medical professionals under these circumstances.

You will also receive daily tips, habit support, and progress tracking using our special coaching app.  You will receive an InBody scan at the beginning and end of the program to help assess your progress.  There will be a limit of twenty people per group, and priority/early registration will be given to MSCF Nutrition Members. If enrollment is sufficient, two group meetings will be divided by gender.

Beginning on October 7, 2018, we’re launching a six-week sports nutrition program to help you meet your goals for 2019.  Limited to five participants, this is a completely personalized program which includes:

Suggested habit changes to help achieve your primary goals

Dietary adjustments to help maximize your performance

Daily content and accountability delivered directly to your phone to make sure you stay on track

Weekly adjustments to your plan on an as needed basis
